Survival

The cycle of life, infinite in variety, but not in purpose: which is to survive and perpetuate the message, pouring forth unstoppably from a single molecule of DNA, until the great Homo Sapiens arrived on the scene and began to interfere with everything, including their own selves and lives, endangering survival of all forms of life, plants and animals.

Update:

I have taken an audacious liberty of presenting you with a companion piece which is ossified, as opposed to the very alive picture taken by Rameshsar:

whom I congratulate.

Bhai,

"Homo Sap-iens", to use it to fit my point, is perhaps aptly named because they are sapping the life out of the all.

Dear Uncle,
The purpose of life is like being fittest to survive in order to exist. And in order to exist i need a purpose.I think its a vicious circle where our race has become so anxious that in the deep focus of survival we want to live forever.
Other forms of life are not actively concious about their survival and so they do not become emotional about their inevitable death in the future. As for us,our survival forever has taken a toll on not only our thinking but also on other life forms.I personally think that the world will come to an end if our race becomes so selfish about survival and its luxuries that we could exhaust our natural earth resources, endanger all species of life forms, aggravate global warming, create animosities between different religious beliefs and what not.
I agree with you that actually our survival instincts will actually take a toll on the earth's survival.
Amit.
